Explore the big ideas at the heart of Agile, learn how to manage work efficiently as part of an Agile team and walk away with an ICAgile Professional Certification.
This 4 half-day highly interactive remote course will reflect the big ideas at the heart of Agile and teach you how to manage work efficiently as part of an Agile team.
Dates: 7, 8, 14, 15 May from 8:45am - 12:30pm each day.
By the end of the course you will understand the Agile mindset and how it relates to the values and principles. You’ll have a basic understanding of Scrum and Kanban and their processes and roles, and you’ll be familiar with the language and terminology of Agile. You will also learn and experience an Agile project inception process, create and manage a product backlog, understand the fundamentals of Agile estimation and planning, and find out how to apply these tools to your own work situation.
You’ll learn through presentations, discussion and practical hands-on exercises. Our ICAgile-certified trainers are all practicing Agile coaches and are actively working with some of New Zealand’s best-known organisations.
ICAgile Professional Qualification
Nomad8’s ICAgile Agile Fundamentals training course is accredited by the International Consortium for Agile (ICAgile).
The course fulfils the learning objectives of the ‘Fundamentals of Agile’. Successfully completing the course will give participants ‘ICAgile Professional’ status.
